4. Merchandise Availability and Pricing

Availability of merchandise on the Web Site may vary and merchandise displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued. Some merchandise may be available only in limited quantities or while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from display on the Web Site. Display of an item on the Web Site is not a guarantee that the item is in stock or that it will be in stock at a later date. Lapis Moon Boutique reserves the right at its sole discretion to change descriptions of product, and limit quantities and availability of our product. The list price displayed for products on the Web Site represents the full retail price in Canadian Dollars without tax. Product is displayed as accurately as possible, however the colours of the product shown on this Web Site may be dependent on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

 

5. Ownership of website and Content

Lapis Moon Boutique owns and has the right to use all content on the Web Site and all such content is protected under copyright law. Any use of the content from the Web Site in whole or part, without written consent from Lapis Moon Boutique is strictly prohibited. 11. Gift Card Policy

Lapis Moon Boutique Electronic Gift Cards are for exclusive use on our online Store. Currency is in Canadian dollars. Gift Cards do not expire. Gift Cards can only be redeemed at Lapis Moon Boutique's Online Store. Gift cards are final sale. No refunds will be given after purchase. 

In the event a Gift Card was used to purchase an item that is eligible for refund, the amount due will be transferred onto a new gift card.
