Shipping & Returns
After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. All order confirmations will be processed during Lapis Moon Boutique's Business hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST). Any email inquiries and orders received outside of these hours will be answered by 6 pm the next business day. Please note, Canadian Statutory Holidays are outside of Lapis Moon Boutique's Business hours. All orders will be processed on the following business day.
We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove said item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada and to the U.S.A.
Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases may be returned for a full refund (shipping cost are non-refundable) within 14 days of receiving the item. Your items must be unused/unworn, undamaged, and have the original packaging and tags attached. With the exception of press-on nails which are final sale.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid at your expense.
All returns must be authorized by our customer support team prior to items being returned. Packages sent back without authorization will not be accepted and refunds will not be given.
