BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest
WAIST: Measure around the area directly above your navel. Breath out naturally before taking the measurement
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips

HOW TO MEASURE

Place a string or tape horizontally against the widest part of your nail. Mark this distance and place the string or tape on a ruler to get the measurement in millimeters. Repeat the process for all of your nails.
